This is a portrait of one of my dearest, longtime friends, Newby Day, and her daughter Marcy’s new Norfolk terrier puppy. I’ve stayed at their old house many,many, months since I first went there as a 24 year old…..more than half of my life, as Newby recently reminded me.
I hope the picture’s as lovely as Newby and Marcy are….we can always hope, can’t we?
