Senlis (just north of Paris and 10 minutes, at most, from the Orly airport) is an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT French village….an irrefutable fact which becomes a bit less mysterious (or admirable) when one learns that Senlis is to Paris what Greenwich CT is to New York City. Oh….so THAT’s why no one here has visible garbage cans, you never see really old people, and the only cars you see crawling up the narrow streets are Mercedes, etc……. Finally, I can’t decide if I love the town or simply find it creepy.
